Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn items back into their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags are still attached.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days of receipt.
